Chakra Tones

Here are those tones:
1st (Root) Chakra – Located at the base of the spine. “UUH,” as in “cup.”
2nd (Sacral) Chakra – Located about 2-3 inches below the navel. “OOO,” as in “you.”.
3rd (Solar Plexus) Chakra – Located in the solar plexus. “OH,” as in “go.”
4th (Heart) Chakra – located in the center of the breastbone at heart level. “AH,” as in “ma.”
5th (Throat) Chakra – Located at the level of the larynx. “EYE,” as in “my.”
6th (Third Eye) Chakra – Located between the eyebrows. “AYE,” as in “say.”
7th (Crown) Chakra – Located at the center of the top of the skull. “EEE,” as in “me.”
