I urge you to become an advocate.

Become an advocate for peace. For love. For community. For health. For families. For children. For _(fill in the blanks)_____________.

I choose to be an advocate every day of my life.

I am an advocate for healthy communities.

Consider taking the following actions:

* Become engaged in the conversation

* Become familiar with what is happening in your community.

* Get involved at the local level.

* Contact your elected officials often.

In the midst of movement and chaos, keep stillness inside of you. - Deepak Chopra
